  • Fee for losing a watch with an electronic reader – PLN 100
  • Customers who have tickets purchased online can use the dedicated cash desk with priority service.
  • For children up to 104 cm – entrance fee 10 PLN.
  • Reduced tickets are available to children up to 7 years of age, primary, junior and high school pupils, collage and univeristy students (up to 26 years of age), pensioners and retired persons, able to present a document confirming their status.
  • A deposit is collected in advance, according to the price list and is non-returnable. When you stay at the pool longer than assigned time, another fee is added based on the real time of stay to an accuracy of 1 minute, according to the price list.
  • Time of stay in the WATER PARK SAUNARIUM is calculated separately, excluding the tickets including the price of the service. For other tickets the time of stay in the WATER PARK SAUNARIUM is calculated to the time of stay in the swimming pool hall.
  • In the case of a ticket without time limit it is not possible to leave the paid zone and then return to it with the same ticket.
  • Only persons over 16 (not applicable to certain special events) may use WATER PARK SAUNARIUM.
  • Within the entire area of SAUNARIUM (including inside saunas), it is mandatory to wear a swimsuit or towel. After 8 p.m., it is possible to use sauna without clothing.
  • WATER PARK reserves its rights right to temporarily close down certain saunas due to the organization of certain ceremonies or private events.
  • The detailed principles of SAUNARIUM are stipulated in the RULES OF SAUNARIUM.
  • The detailed principles of STACJA PARKOWA beach are stipulated in the RULES OF STACJA PARKOWA.
  • Tickets purchased in an external cash box entitle you to use only the outdoor area STACJA PARKOWA beach. The external cash box is located next to the Water Park building from the side of the Swing Hotel.
