The sauna complex is a place where a unique relaxation and regeneration zone with many health benefits has been created on a total area of 400 m2.

It is a unique space designed for comprehensive regeneration of body and spirit. Our offer is extremely wide and combines the health-promoting properties of heat with deep relaxation. We enable our guests to benefit from a variety of bathing and sauna traditions inspired by cultures from around the globe.

Sauna at Multisport and more

There is nothing better than well-deserved relaxation, and with a MultiSport card, the saunas at our Water Park are open to you. Do you have a different partner card? We also accept FitProfit, Medicover Sport, and PZU Sport cards.

Your admission always includes access to the swimming pool hall attractions, and if you want to use the Sauna Area, just let the cashier know when you enter the hall. When using the Sauna Area, in addition to access to the saunas, you can also take part in sauna ceremonies. The exception is the Renewal Session, for which you need to purchase tickets online.

Sauna facilities, or more than just saunas

Our sauna facilities offer nine different sauna options, a cold water tub, an ice well, and two relaxation areas, allowing you to plan your own sauna cycle.

Saunas:

• dry sauna (spectacular) with themed ceremonies – inspired by Austrian-German saunas, where themed ceremonies with sauna masters will take place;
• sea bath – a sauna style inspired by Roman baths;
• banya – a sauna inspired by the Eastern way of sauna bathing;
• fire sauna – with a temperature of over 100 degrees and low humidity;
• herbal sauna – a mild dry sauna with increased humidity and aromatherapy;
• infrared salt sauna – a thermal cabin with infrared radiators, ideal for people who should avoid traditional saunas;
• cedar sauna – sauna in a space lined with cedar wood;
• steam bath – very high humidity at lower temperatures;
• salt sauna – with iodine, bromine, calcium, and magnesium inhalation.

Additionally:

• cold water bath for cooling down after a sauna session;
• ice well;
• relaxation zone with a graduation tower – high humidity, low temperatures, and a graduation tower emitting brine;
• relaxation zone.

Our saunas can be used by people over 16 years of age, but we also offer saunas for families with children from 6 years of age every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

We also offer dedicated events and the possibility of organizing hen or stag parties. During such meetings, a care and relaxation ceremony takes place.
